In order to provide faithful repairing services, we may ask you about the conditions of your item and the details of the damage beforehand. And as it is recommended to go through our fitting process once the product is repaired, our services need to be proceeded via our official retailers.
For ordering parts, please visit one of our official retailers. Since some repairs or maintenance may require special skills unique to our craftsmen, the retailer’s staff can properly handle your inquiries and place orders to us, as necessary.

  • Please note that depending on the subject, it may take several days for us to reply.
  • Please note that orders/questions received on weekends, national holidays, New Year holidays, and Golden Week will be handled on the next business day, or later.
